Menu Design
A funky-yet-minimal diner theme complements the 1950's grocery store warehouse turned eatery. Since opening, the restaurant's mid-day food intermission often confused guests to believe they were closed. One of the top priorities for this project was to make the menu a visual aid for the operating hours. Light faire is served between 3pm and 5pm. The 'Snack Time' menu allowed servers to clear menus during intermission and thus clear confusion as to what would be offered. The front-and-back design helped separate day-and-night offerings while increasing readability compared to the previously cluttered tri-fold design.
