Hummingbird takes center stage at Dock 1053 on Whitaker Mill Road which used to be an A&P Grocery distribution center. It was later bought by Winn Dixie. Your first step into the restaurant takes place in what used to be a restroom- original green tiles and concrete floors intact. The design incorporates a bit of a kitchy 50's subway-tiled diner meets autoshop ticket.
